Position Details

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Gauteng Province
Experience: Minimum 3 years technical support experience
Qualifications: National Diploma/Degree (NQF 6/7) in IT/Computer Science

Key Requirements

  • Certifications in A+/N+/Security+ preferred
  • Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP expertise
  • LAN infrastructure maintenance experience
  • Valid driver’s license essential
  • ITIL certification (advantageous)

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain optimal computer system performance
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
  • Configure new equipment/servers
  • Provide IT project technical support
  • Adhere to ICT service level agreements
