The Senior Student Recruitment Advisor position is currently open at the Musgrave Campus located in Durban. Reporting directly to the Vice Principal of Student Recruitment, this role plays a pivotal part in achieving individual and campus database collection goals, appointments, applications, and registration targets.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will undertake various duties, crucial for the recruitment process:
- Deliver high-energy presentations at targeted schools based on a distribution list.
- Disseminate marketing materials, including campus brochures and interest cards to students.
- Professionally represent the institution at career expos.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and messaging targets to leads.
- Conduct dynamic interviews with prospective students to reach recruitment goals.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all programs, module composition, and pricing structures to effectively market to students and parents.
- Understand the various bursaries the institute offers and communicate their benefits to students and parents.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to review challenges and report on sales activities against established targets.
- Utilize the campus CRM/Dashboard Information system for managing leads and tracking sales processes.
- Ensure that all sales activities align with the campus sales and marketing strategy.
- Engage in ongoing training and coaching to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
