Position Overview

Provide first-line technical support and deliver exceptional IT service to SACAA staff. Manage helpdesk operations, resolve technical issues, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support:

  • Manage incoming support requests via multiple channels
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
  • Monitor service desk performance metrics

Operations Management:

  • Maintain IT equipment inventory
  • Implement security protocols and threat monitoring
  • Support IT project implementations

Customer Service:

  • Maintain client communication regarding issue resolution
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Manage user expectations effectively

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • National Higher Certificate in ICT or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Diploma in IT
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • A+ or N+ Certification

Experience:

  • 2 years in IT Service Desk or Administration roles
