Position Overview
Provide first-line technical support and deliver exceptional IT service to SACAA staff. Manage helpdesk operations, resolve technical issues, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support:
- Manage incoming support requests via multiple channels
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Monitor service desk performance metrics
Operations Management:
- Maintain IT equipment inventory
- Implement security protocols and threat monitoring
- Support IT project implementations
Customer Service:
- Maintain client communication regarding issue resolution
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- Manage user expectations effectively
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- National Higher Certificate in ICT or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Diploma in IT
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- A+ or N+ Certification
Experience:
- 2 years in IT Service Desk or Administration roles
