Position Details

Job Type: Full Time
Minimum Education: Matric Certificate
Experience Required: 2+ years retail supervision
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Department: Retail Sales & Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and train retail teams in sales techniques and customer service
• Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation
• Manage daily operations including stock control and cash handling
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Monitor and achieve sales targets
• Implement loss prevention strategies
• Coordinate staff schedules and tasks

Candidate Requirements

• Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certification
• Proven experience in retail team supervision
• Passion for beauty products and customer service
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets)
• Physical stamina for standing/work
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Flexibility to work retail hours
