Position: Shopper & Driver Supervisor (Bel Air)

Minimum Education: Matric Certificate
Experience Required: 2-3 years supervisory experience

Core Objective
Lead and develop a team of Shoppers/Drivers to achieve operational excellence through effective coaching, performance management, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including order fulfillment, staff attendance, and quality control
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans
- Manage shift schedules and workload distribution
- Resolve customer service escalations and operational challenges
- Monitor real-time KPIs including on-time delivery metrics
- Coordinate training programs for team development
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports
Essential Requirements
- Valid SA driver’s license/PrDP with clean record
- Own reliable vehicle/motorcycle (verified documentation)
- Smartphone (Android 4.4+/iPhone 5+) for operational apps
- Proven team leadership experience in logistics/retail
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
