Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Manage daily operations for shoppers and drivers
- Conduct performance monitoring and coaching
- Optimize team productivity through schedule management
- Implement quality control checks on orders and processes
Operational Excellence
- Resolve customer service escalations promptly
- Monitor real-time order fulfillment metrics
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate daily performance reports
Staff Development
- Conduct regular team training sessions
- Address performance gaps through coaching
- Facilitate weekly team meetings
- Manage attendance and timekeeping
Requirements
- Valid SA driver’s license/PrDP
- Clean driving record
- Personal transport (vehicle/motorbike)
- Smartphone (Android 4.4+/iPhone 5+)
- Proven team leadership experience
