Preferred Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities
Operations Management:
- Implement Waste Management Operational Contracts Program
- Coordinate facility maintenance through Real Estate Department
- Manage procurement processes for division requirements
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure contract renewals and specification updates
- Manage financial processes in line with legislation
- Monitor risk management protocols
Stakeholder Relations:
- Manage team performance and development
- Maintain relationships with internal and external partners
- Address customer feedback through service monitoring
