Key Responsibilities
Combined Assurance
- Develop and coordinate assurance plans for designated operational areas
- Analyze overlaps between assurance providers and optimize collaboration
- Maintain assurance governance framework and monitoring dashboards
- Conduct quality reviews of assurance activities
Internal Control Management
- Support risk identification and mitigation planning
- Analyze operational procedures for control weaknesses
- Develop improvement plans for key control indicators
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare regulatory and performance reports
- Conduct quarterly trend analysis
- Monitor resolution of internal control issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Risk Management, Auditing or related field
- 4 years’ experience in assurance, risk management, or internal controls
- Strong analytical and governance skills
- Proficiency in compliance monitoring and reporting
