Core Purpose
Support social workers in enhancing community well-being through targeted social services. Assist in implementing programs that address social challenges and empower vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with care and support programs for at-risk individuals/families
- Support community development initiatives
- Help address social stability challenges
- Maintain accurate service records
- Provide administrative support to social work teams
Required Competencies
- Understanding of social welfare policies and community dynamics
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and judicial processes
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Basic financial management understanding
- Proficiency in digital tools and record-keeping
