Key Responsibilities

• Financial Operations: Manage cash desk operations, including daily cash handling, banking procedures, and accurate transaction processing
• Inventory Management: Execute stock control protocols, process customer orders, conduct weekly stock audits, and maintain organized storage areas
• Customer Engagement: Provide premium customer service, build client relationships, and maintain comprehensive product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

• Completed secondary education (Matric certificate)
• 1 year of retail experience (minimum 6 months considered)
