Requirements:

  • National Diploma/B-Degree in Sport & Recreation
  • Valid driver’s license (Code B or higher) – Accommodations for applicants with disabilities available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sport & recreation programs in Eden District
  • Support development of sports clubs and federations
  • Implement capacity-building initiatives
  • Monitor compliance with transformation policies
  • Manage program administration and evaluation

Required Competencies:

  • Knowledge of National Sport & Recreation Plan
  • Understanding of Public Finance Management Act
  • Experience with project management
  • Familiarity with sports governance structures

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication abilities
  • Computer literacy
  • Team collaboration
  • Independent work capability
