Key Responsibilities
- Manage office filing systems and support management with administrative tasks
- Handle incoming calls and message coordination
- Process purchase requisitions and maintain leave records
- Update daily attendance registers and stock documentation
- Coordinate sample registrations for agricultural laboratory
- Prepare international shipping documents and order processing
- Ensure data accuracy across all digital systems
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and personal transportation
- Warehouse administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
