What You’ll Gain from This Internship

As an ICT intern, you will play a vital role in supporting end-users and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• User Support & System Maintenance
  • Serving as the first point of contact for IT-related queries and system issues.
  • Providing technical assistance for approximately 90 end-users.
  • Monitoring and maintaining IT hardware, including desktops, printers, and networking devices.
• Software & Network Management
  • Installing and supporting Windows-based operating systems and Office 365 tools.
  • Administering and maintaining SharePoint, Active Directory, and company email systems.
  • Managing internet facilities and ensuring stable network connections.
• Cybersecurity & Data Protection
  • Implementing anti-virus procedures and ensuring all workstations are secure.
  • Conducting routine system backups to safeguard critical data.
• Project Involvement & Reporting
  • Participating in ICT projects to enhance corporate IT infrastructure.
  • Documenting IT incidents and generating weekly reports.
  • Providing basic training to end-users on IT best practices.

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this internship, candidates must have:

• A minimum of a Diploma in IT or MCSE certification (or equivalent).
• A+ and N+ certifications (preferred).
• ITIL Foundation certification (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, network architecture, and IT protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
