Parts Incorporated Africa is looking for two dedicated Parts Receiving Administrators to join it Port Elizabeth Branch. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate inventory management, proper order processing, and efficient documentation within the department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Document & Filing Management
- Maintain and manage the filing system in the Goods Received Voucher (GRV) unit.
- Ensure all documents are accurately filed, indexed, and distributed to relevant departments.
- Contact suppliers to obtain invoices when necessary.
Order Processing & Goods Receiving
- Gather order notes from various departments.
- Verify and match order notes with received goods.
- Process manual GRVs and liaise with relevant teams.
- Assist in the creditor reconciliation process.
Inventory Control & Departmental Coordination
- Ensure all necessary documents are collected and recorded.
- Develop an understanding of the GRV department’s workflow.
- Provide support in receiving and handling additional tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate – essential.
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Organized and efficient in managing documentation.
