Essential Requirements:

  • National Call Centre Management Certificate (1+ year program)
  • Proven track record in team supervision
  • Computer proficiency (minimum 30 WPM typing speed)
  • Clear criminal record

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily call center operations and staff performance
  • Develop performance reports and operational targets
  • Manage workflow escalations and priority queries
  • Coordinate staff training programs
  • Maintain effective resource allocation
  • Facilitate inter-departmental communications
