Position Details

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Qualifications: Diploma/Certificate in Purchasing or Business Management
• Experience: 1-3 years in retail planning or related field
• Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
• Department: Supply Chain & Procurement

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory ordering using SKU forecasting
• Create store-specific allocations for optimal stock distribution
• Resolve inventory exceptions with planning team
• Coordinate with warehouses, vendors, and stores
• Monitor promotional stock flow and provide updates
• Process special orders for new products and promotions
• Generate category performance insights

Requirements

Essential Education:

• National Diploma in Purchasing/Business Management

Preferred Education:

• B.Com in Financial/Retail Management

Experience:

• 1-3 years planning experience (retail environment preferred)
• FMCG experience advantageous
