Position Details:

Contract Type: Internship
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Purchasing
Experience: No prior experience required (First-time interns only)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support supplier sourcing from Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  • Conduct market analysis for procurement activities
  • Assist with bid committee administration
  • Verify supplier compliance and documentation
  • Prepare purchase orders and SCM reports
  • Maintain procurement records and batches

Candidate Requirements:

  • South African citizen aged 18-35
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • No previous internship or employment experience
