Position Overview

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Experience: 5+ years
Field: Information Technology
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in IT or Computer Science

Core Responsibilities

  • Install/maintain ICT hardware and approved network equipment
  • Manage software upgrades and user support
  • Maintain network security and data backups
  • Provide Level 1/2 technical support via Ivanti system
  • Maintain asset registers and lifecycle planning
  • Optimize telecommunications infrastructure
  • Coordinate with external service providers

Essential Requirements

  • Microsoft/ITIL certifications (advantageous)
  • Expertise in hardware/software management
  • Strong understanding of ICT principles
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to technical detail
