About the Systems Analyst Role

The Connect Technology Delivery Team is a pivotal aspect of our technology framework. We have transitioned from traditional data roles into a software delivery approach. Currently, we seek a knowledgeable Systems Analyst to aid in designing and implementing our new Revenue Management System. This platform is essential for tracking sales, costs, and revenues across various product lines, offering seamless third-party integrations and real-time data monitoring for our broader operational needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system and functional requirements.
• Transform business needs into comprehensive technical specifications and solution designs.
• Collaborate effectively with software engineering and architecture teams to design and validate system integrations.
• Contribute to the design, testing, and implementation phases of the new revenue management platform.
• Assist delivery teams in ensuring that solutions adhere to business requirements, performance expectations, and compliance standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.

What We Are Looking For

We are in search of an analytical and technically adept Systems Analyst who can effectively bridge business goals with technical implementation. The ideal candidate thrives in a rapid-paced, collaborative setting and possesses the following:

Minimum Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in systems analysis or similar technical roles.
• Robust understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka (or comparable event streaming technologies).
• Hands-on experience with AWS environments.
• Exceptional ability to analyze complex systems and produce high-quality documentation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication prowess.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Prior experience or interest in transitioning from software engineering to systems analysis.
