What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this role, you should have:
✔ Relevant Qualifications – A recognized academic and professional teaching qualification.
✔ Experience in Teaching isiZulu – Proven experience teaching isiZulu as a subject in a primary school setting.
✔ Cambridge Curriculum Expertise – Familiarity with Cambridge educational standards is an advantage.
✔ SACE Registration – An active SACE registration is required.
✔ Strong Classroom Management Skills – Ability to create a structured, engaging, and disciplined learning environment.
✔ Commitment to School Activities – Willingness to participate in cultural and extracurricular activities.
✔ Clean Background Check – A clear criminal record is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Lesson Planning & Delivery – Develop structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
📌 Assess & Report on Student Progress – Record and report on assessments and student development.
📌 Classroom Management – Foster an inclusive and engaging learning atmosphere.
📌 Collaboration with Colleagues – Work closely with other teachers to ensure a smooth learning experience.
📌 Extracurricular Involvement – Assist in school activities, sports, and cultural programs.
📌 Administrative Duties – Take responsibility for school equipment, reports, and assessments.
