Roles and Responsibilities
As the Team Leader of Finance Business Partnering, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of Finance Business Partners.
- Ensuring alignment between operational drivers and financial strategies.
- Overseeing financial performance and management decision-making processes.
Key Experience Requirements
The successful candidate should possess:
- At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting or finance partnering.
- More than 2 years of experience in managing finance teams, adequately coordinating tasks to meet objectives.
- Proven skills in stakeholder management.
- Experience delivering in a performance-driven, continuously improving environment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Honours Degree in Accounting – Financial Accounting or Commerce.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

The candidate should demonstrate knowledge in the following areas:
