About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Review building plans using GIS, IMQS, and Alchemy systems
- Verify property service details and infrastructure alignment
- Assess compliance with National Building Regulations
- Approve or reject applications with clear technical guidance
- Maintain accurate digital records and generate compliance reports
- Collaborate with development teams on infrastructure impact assessments
Requirements
- Matric/N3 Technical qualification (NQF Level 4)
- Proven ability to interpret technical building plans
- 1+ years’ experience with GIS platforms
- Working knowledge of municipal service infrastructure
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
