Key Responsibilities:

PR & Events Management:

  • Influencer & Event Coordination: Assist in sourcing and packaging products for influencers, events, giveaways, shoots, and campaign seedings in collaboration with the PR agency.
  • Courier & Media Support: Help coordinate deliveries to stores, local media, and influencers, ensuring smooth and timely distribution.
  • Social Media Monitoring: Track trending news and ideas on social media platforms, providing insights and feedback.
  • Brand Production Assistance: Support the organization of brand productions, including shoots and product sourcing from stores.
  • Event Planning & Hosting: Assist with the setup, planning, and hosting of events and activations.
  • PR Support: Provide assistance with ad-hoc PR requests and consolidate monthly PR reports for internal use.

Administrative Duties:

  • Marketing Team Support: Offer general support to the marketing department and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
  • Invoicing & Stock Management: Handle invoicing for product sourcing and marketing activities, ensuring proper documentation and stock tracking.
  • Retail Staff Communication: Manage relationships with retail staff to ensure marketing campaigns are effectively communicated with visual merchandising support.
  • Team Coordination: Organize team events, such as birthdays, meetings, and training sessions, fostering a cohesive team environment.
  • Marketing Reports: Compile and present monthly marketing reports for both the internal team and the global team.
  • Collateral Inventory: Oversee the management of branded collateral inventory.
  • Supplier Communication: Coordinate communication with suppliers, ensuring that the briefing aligns with execution.

General Marketing Tasks:

  • Content Distribution: Manage the weekly and monthly distribution of content to malls.
  • Gifting & Seasonal Setup: Project manage gifting and seasonal sell-ins, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Mall Marketing: Take charge of mall marketing activities and relationships, enhancing brand visibility.
  • Digital Campaign Support: Work alongside the Marketing Manager on digital campaigns, contributing ideas and content.
  • Brand Collateral Assistance: Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser on brand collateral and content for retail activations.
  • Ad-Hoc Requests: Respond to various marketing requests from the team, handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Driving License & Transport: Must have a valid code B driving license and own transport.
  • Qualifications & Experience: A qualification in PR, Events, Marketing, or a related field with 1-2 years of hands-on experience.
  • Skills:
    • Strong creative and administrative skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and a problem-solver.
    • In-depth understanding of various marketing channels.
    • Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
    • Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge would be an advantage.
