Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Engage with customers in a professional, polite, and enthusiastic manner.
• Accurately capture customer information and process orders efficiently.
• Present and promote products and services according to company guidelines.
• Handle objections professionally to ensure positive outcomes while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of productivity, quality, and adherence to performance standards.
• Work within a fast-paced and goal-driven contact center environment.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Matric (Grade 12) – Required
• 2-3 years of experience in outbound telemarketing or sales within a contact center environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Email, Internet, Word, Excel)
• Clear criminal and ITC record
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer engagement skills
• Understanding of dialler systems and contact center operations
• Target-driven with the ability to maintain high-performance levels consistently
