Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations Management
- Manage purchase orders and goods/service entries
- Process vehicle purchase invoices and commission payments
- Handle monthly tax invoice management
- Oversee vendor payments and bank transactions
Accounting Functions
- Daily bank account reconciliation
- Monthly financial reporting (depreciation, accruals)
- Balance sheet management
- VAT declaration preparation
Team Collaboration
- Maintain positive cross-department relationships
- Implement continuous improvement strategies
- Prepare clear operational reports
Requirements
- NQF Level 5 Diploma in Finance/Accounting
- 2+ years creditors/financial accounting experience
- SAP system proficiency
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Leasing industry experience (advantageous)
