Key Responsibilities:
Creditor Management
- Process purchase orders, goods receipts, and service entries
- Manage vehicle purchase documentation commission invoice processing
- Generate monthly tax invoices for dealer commissions and vendor payments
- Oversee SAP invoice processing and payment execution
Financial Operations
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
- Prepare monthly journal entries including depreciation and accruals
- Balance sheet reconciliation for key accounts
- Compile VAT declarations and supporting documentation
Team Collaboration
- Maintain positive working relationships across departments
- Implement continuous improvement through Toyota Way methodologies
- Prepare clear, concise reports for various stakeholders
Requirements:
- NQF Level 5 Diploma in Finance or related field
- 2+ years experience in creditor management and financial accounting
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite
- Automotive leasing experience (advantageous)
- Strong analytical capabilities and commercial awareness
