Temp Contractor Assistant Manager Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Creditor Management

  • Process purchase orders, goods receipts, and service entries
  • Manage vehicle purchase documentation commission invoice processing
  • Generate monthly tax invoices for dealer commissions and vendor payments
  • Oversee SAP invoice processing and payment execution

Financial Operations

  • Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Prepare monthly journal entries including depreciation and accruals
  • Balance sheet reconciliation for key accounts
  • Compile VAT declarations and supporting documentation

Team Collaboration

  • Maintain positive working relationships across departments
  • Implement continuous improvement through Toyota Way methodologies
  • Prepare clear, concise reports for various stakeholders

Requirements:

  • NQF Level 5 Diploma in Finance or related field
  • 2+ years experience in creditor management and financial accounting
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite
  • Automotive leasing experience (advantageous)
  • Strong analytical capabilities and commercial awareness
