Key Responsibilities:
As a Store Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate your team to meet sales targets, exceed customer service goals, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will oversee the store’s performance, ensuring that both sales and operational objectives are consistently met.
- Team Leadership and Sales Generation: You will be responsible for creating a high-performance team, providing guidance, coaching, and accountability to drive sales. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring the store consistently meets or exceeds its sales goals.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintaining a customer-first approach is a key focus of the role. You will lead by example, creating a welcoming and knowledgeable environment for both customers and your team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Operational Management: As the Store Manager, you will manage various operational functions, including scheduling, inventory management, and loss prevention. Requirements:
