Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) is offering an exciting two-year graduate development programme designed to provide institutional knowledge and real-world training to boost employability and career growth.

Programme Overview

This structured 24-month training programme is open to unemployed South African graduates aged 18-35 who have obtained a qualification from a Department of Higher Education & Training-registered institution (Universities, Universities of Technology, or TVET Colleges).

Participants will receive both theoretical and on-the-job training, allowing them to develop valuable financial, economic, and regulatory compliance skills. The programme ensures continuous learning and assessment every six months to support both the candidate’s growth and TFR’s operational needs.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, applicants must:
✅ Be a South African citizen
✅ Be between the ages of 18 and 35
✅ Hold a National Diploma, Diploma, BTech, Bachelor’s Degree, or Honours qualification (NQF Level 6 or above) in:

• Finance
• Economics
• Market Pricing
• Customs Compliance
  ✅ Have no prior work experience
