Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Maintenance: Support and assist with the maintenance and improvement of rail infrastructure, contributing to the smooth operation of Transnet Freight Rail.
• Process Improvement: Coordinate and manage initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Analyze and oversee TFR-related projects, driving operational improvements across the business.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Requirements: National Diploma in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance or project management environments, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Licensing: Possession of a valid Code B Driver’s License, with competence in operating a vehicle.
