Position Details

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Education Requirement: Matric Certificate
• Experience Needed: Minimum 3 years
• Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
• Department: Logistics & Transportation

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Operations

• Conduct weekly vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate trip records and fuel logs
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations
• Keep valid Code 10/C1 license and PrDP (Professional Driving Permit)

Delivery Management

• Load/unload goods securely
• Verify orders against delivery documents
• Plan efficient delivery routes
• Obtain signed proof of delivery (POD)

Customer Service

• Represent company professionally
• Identify sales opportunities
• Follow client site regulations

Warehouse Support

• Assist with stock management
• Maintain organized storage
• Participate in inventory counts

Safety Compliance

• Follow OHS Act requirements
• Report safety concerns
• Use proper protective equipment

Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Valid Code 10/C1 license with PrDP
• 3+ years commercial driving experience
• Familiarity with Gauteng routes
• Clean driving record
