Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Code 14 Driver to operate ultra-heavy vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and reliability.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification
• Valid Code EC driver’s license with PrDP
• 3+ years of experience driving ultra-heavy vehicles
• 3+ years of experience with Superlink/Interlink/combination vehicles
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of defensive driving techniques
• Understanding of emergency reporting procedures
• Familiarity with vehicle inspections and fire extinguisher operation
• Ability to maximize vehicle efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Familiarity with vehicle loading and offloading techniques
• Reliable transport to and from work
• Clean criminal record
• Medically fit

• Operate ultra-heavy vehicles safely and efficiently
• Transport goods and materials as assigned
• Load and offload vehicles as required
• Handle all necessary documentation
• Perform additional duties as instructed by the supervisor
• Adhere to all safety procedures and SOPs
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the vehicle, uniform, and PPE

The successful candidate will need to undergo:

• Medical evaluation
• USCS training modules
• Induction processes
• Practical driving evaluation
• Criminal record verification
