Position Summary

12-month bonded learnership program for persons with disabilities seeking qualification in Business Administration (NQF Level 4). Combines theoretical training with practical workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete accredited learnership curriculum
• Participate in structured workplace training
• Develop administrative and HR operational skills

Candidate Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate essential
• South African citizen (18-35 years)
• Verifiable disability with medical documentation
• Fluent in English + 1 local language
• No prior similar qualification completed
• Currently unemployed and available full-time
