Position: UX/UI Developer (24-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Role Overview

Design and implement user-centered digital experiences while ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for web/mobile platforms
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Create responsive designs across multiple devices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and business analysts
• Implement WCAG accessibility standards
• Develop and maintain design systems using component-based frameworks

Essential Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Experience with C# (advantageous)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving
• Understanding of User-Centered Design principles
• Excellent communication and project management skills
