- Valid SACPVP registration (Candidate/Professional Associate Valuer)
- Proficiency in property valuations software and MS Office
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive property evaluations and market analysis
- Maintain municipal valuation rolls per MPRA regulations
- Execute field inspections and comparative property assessments
- Produce technical reports and valuation documentation
- Ensure compliance with municipal policies and valuation standards
- Collaborate with municipal departments on valuation matters
