Position Overview
We seek a skilled Warehouse Artisan to support maintenance operations at our Groceries & Spreads facility. This role combines technical expertise with hands-on problem solving for our warehouse infrastructure.
Key Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- 6+ years’ experience with industrial maintenance
- Proficiency in high-speed machinery maintenance
- Flexibility for shift work and standby duty
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Core Responsibilities
Maintenance Operations
- Perform electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
- Maintain warehouse systems: roller doors, dock levellers, HVAC, refrigeration
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks
- Manage service provider SLAs
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure OSHA compliance
- Conduct risk assessments
- Maintain safety documentation
Technical Leadership
- Troubleshoot equipment failures
- Implement root cause analysis
- Coordinate maintenance schedules
