Parts Incorporated Africa is seeking two skilled Receiving Administrators to join its Port Elizabeth branch. This vital role involves accurately receiving goods, managing documentation, and ensuring seamless coordination within the department. The successful candidates will report directly to the respective manager and play an essential role in maintaining an efficient inventory system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a well-organized filing system within the Goods Received Voucher (GRV) unit.
- Ensure all documents are filed, indexed, and forwarded to relevant departments.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain invoices when necessary.
- Gather order notes from all departments and match them to received goods.
- Process manual GRVs and liaise with appropriate teams.
- Perform basic creditor reconciliations and collect essential documents from various departments.
- Assist in receiving shipments and handle any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential).
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
- Must demonstrate honesty and integrity.
