Workshop Assistant – HAKO

Position Details

Role Purpose

Support technicians in maintaining and repairing HAKO equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards and service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with equipment servicing, repairs, and maintenance
  • Help diagnose technical issues on HAKO machinery
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Support equipment demonstrations and pre-delivery inspections
  • Follow warranty procedures and safety protocols
  • Meet performance targets and operational KPIs

Requirements

  • Matric/N3 technical qualification
  • 2-3 years’ experience with cleaning machinery/maintenance
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in workshop and site environments
