Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex investigations of potential Competition Act violations
- Perform legal/economic analysis of cases
- Present findings to leadership through reports and presentations
- Liaise with businesses, government agencies, and stakeholders
- Lead investigation teams and coordinate workflows
- Support legal proceedings with documentation preparation
Qualifications & Requirements
- LLB or Economics Honours degree (Master’s advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years regulatory environment experience
- Competition law knowledge preferred
- Strong analytical and investigative capabilities
- Proven project management skills
