Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex investigations of potential Competition Act violations
  • Perform legal/economic analysis of cases
  • Present findings to leadership through reports and presentations
  • Liaise with businesses, government agencies, and stakeholders
  • Lead investigation teams and coordinate workflows
  • Support legal proceedings with documentation preparation

Qualifications & Requirements

  • LLB or Economics Honours degree (Master’s advantageous)
  • Minimum 3 years regulatory environment experience
  • Competition law knowledge preferred
  • Strong analytical and investigative capabilities
  • Proven project management skills
