Job Description

A call centre agent at Pedros is responsible for managing incoming calls from customers, answering inquiries, providing information about the restaurant , menu, services and policies. The primary goal is to correctly take down and submit orders to the stores Duties and Responsibilities:Have a thorough understanding of the restaurant’s menu in term of what we are offering. Help customers by providing detailed descriptions of menu ,items and making recommendationsTake orders over the phone for delivery and collection. Accurately record the customers choices, special instructions, and coordinate it with the storeAssist customers with modifying existing orders and making special requests and communicate changes with the storesUp selling and Cross selling. Identify opportunities to upsell or promote additional menu items, beverages, or services to the customer. Provide relevant information and recommendations to enhance the customers dining experience and increase sales revenueRequirements:Must have a MatricMust be computer literate and have good phone etiquetteMust have good written and verbal skillsExperience in inbound callsExperience in a call centre environment or similar role
