VKB Agriculture is extending a priceless learning opportunity in the form of Grain Handling NQF3 learnership. The essence of this program is to uplift those waiting in the wings for a share in the grain industry knowledge and experiences. This is primarily a skill-building platform that encourages active learning and consistent application.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Mustn’t be engaged elsewhere for work
  • An educational standing of at least Grade 12
  • Needs to be well-versed in English; Proficiency in Afrikaans is a bonus
  • Basic understanding of mathematics
  • Comfortable using a computer; especially MS Office, is preferable

In Pursuit of Training Excellence

The selected interns will be privy to a carefully designed training flow, directed towards preparing them for VKB Silo branch requirements. They will be granted exposure to vital areas of VKB Agriculture and mentorship from industry veterans. Training components will include, but are not limited to communication, numeric ability, business acumen, equipment handling, customer service, administrative tasks, computer proficiency and grain handling insights.
